Tour Cancellation Policy

All of Osewa’s outdoor tours will take place rain or shine. If the tour is cancelled due to rainy weather, a cancellation fee may be charged.

The tour will be cancelled if it is predicted to be difficult to run the tour due to inclement weather on the previous day. In this case, we will contact you by email by 7pm the day before. Even on the day of the tour, we may decide to cancel the tour in advance or during the tour due to sudden changes in the weather. Thank you for your understanding.

Information on cancellation fees

Cancellation of the tour will occur 2 days prior to the start date of the tour. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged as follows.

• 2 days before the start of the tour 50%.
• 100% from the day before the tour starts to the day of the tour.
