Tour Cancellation Policy
All Osewa outdoor tours operate rain or shine. However, if a tour is cancelled due to severe or unsafe weather conditions, a cancellation fee may apply.
If weather conditions are forecast to make it difficult or unsafe to operate the tour, we may cancel the tour as early as the day before the scheduled date. In such cases, we will notify you by email no later than 7:00 PM on the previous day.
Please note that even on the day of the tour, we may decide to cancel the tour before it begins or during the tour due to sudden changes in weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation of the tour will occur 2 days prior to the start date of the tour.Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
2 days before the start of the tour 50%.
100% from the day before the tour starts to the day of the tour.
For group reservations, cancellation fees will apply starting two weeks prior to the tour date
14 to 8 days before the tour date: 50% of the total reservation amount
7 days before the tour date up to the day of the tour: 100% of the total reservation amount
Please note that no-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

A samurai outfit-wearing guide will take you to interesting spots off the beaten path.
Shiomi Souemon, a peaceful modern samurai, guides you through deep, hidden Matsue from the castle area to nostalgic streets, a sake brewery, and secret local spots.
