Choose your favorite kimono and head out for a leisurely walk around the charming city of Matsue. Our shop is located along the Horikawa moat at the foot of Matsue Castle. Nearby are many attractions perfect for exploring in traditional attire, including the National Treasure Matsue Castle, samurai residences, the Horikawa sightseeing boat, and Meimei-an teahouse. This makes our location especially convenient for strolling through the historic castle town of Matsue. Reservations are accepted from one person. The standard reservation time is 10:00 a.m., but adjustments before or after this time are possible. Please note: Reservations must be made by 12:00 p.m. two days in advance.

Tour Cancellation Policy
All Osewa outdoor tours operate rain or shine. However, if a tour is cancelled due to severe or unsafe weather conditions, a cancellation fee may apply.
If weather conditions are forecast to make it difficult or unsafe to operate the tour, we may cancel the tour as early as the day before the scheduled date. In such cases, we will notify you by email no later than 7:00 PM on the previous day.
Please note that even on the day of the tour, we may decide to cancel the tour before it begins or during the tour due to sudden changes in weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation of the tour will occur 2 days prior to the start date of the tour.Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
