Her well-known work as an announcer shifted into the wonderful world of Sake when she fell in love with the local brews. Following her dream, she became a KIKISAKE-SHI(master Sake sommelier). Visits to brewers and rice farmers uncovered many interesting stories and further drove her passion for Sake. After these encounters she visited many more brewers, where she learnt the importance of rice in Sake production. She has studied intensively to be a certificated master sommelier and can tell you anything you could ever want to know about this amazing brew. She has even published a couple of books on local Sake, to introduce the many makers and brewing areas in this region. Come let this master guide you through the deep and rich world of Sake!
